Go Cornhuskers...hehe

Well we returned from Omaha with a new home! We are so grateful to God for making this transition smooth.

I can't promise that we will be Cornhuskers, but it looks like Fischer is on his way.

Here's a funny story: This morning Franklin went out to the garage to find a pair of pants. When he opened the door he let out a this horrifying scream(the kind you see in movies).
I screamed not knowing what was going on. I was sure he had seen a ghost or someone holding a gun to his head. He slammed the door and ran into the living room. He then proceeded to tell me that there was a bird in the garage. What is so scary about that? Well when he opened the door it flew right at him. I am so glad that it did not come in the house!! Don't worry...the bird is now free.

Hey, anyone who wants to help us move... we will probably be having a big moving party the 13th and 14th of May. Pizza provided!
Thanks for your prayers!

Hi Tracy, I've said "Hi" on Franklin's blog before, but wanted to greet you as well. I'm a former member at Southwest, doing time in California until my husband retires from the Air Force and we can move back there. I'm excited about you and Franklin getting to go work with the kids. I'm going to be back visiting that first weekend in June (going to Women of Faith with a bunch of the ladies there)... hope to meet you and Franklin then!

We are so thankful this entire situation has turned out so glorious. We will miss you all so very much but know you are needed in Omaha and will be well loved by the brethren at Southwest. Don't forget us Okies and let us know how we can help you in the last 13 days. Fischer is welcome to play here while you're packing and loading and James will be happy to lend his muscles to the moving process. =)
