Boys will be Boys!

Well, he did it again. Only this time, it was worse! The first time involved little crying, and one stitch. This boo-boo had screaming, crying, convulsing and four staples to the head. Poor little guy. We had just arrived home from Bible Study, and I was rummaging through my purse to find my blood sugar monitor. I heard this horrible sound, and I knew that it was going to be bad. He fell off his little riding truck and hit the corner of the wall. Fortunately, I stayed somewhat calm. I drove him to Urgent Care and his daddy showed up within minutes. He's doing alright now. He had a hard time going to sleep the night it happened. He kept saying, "What did the doctor do to me?" and "What's on my head?"

I have 12 days until my ultrasound! Maybe if it's a girl this time, there will be less trips to the urgent care!

  1. OH MY GOSH! Poor guy! What a little trooper. I have a feeling Brock is going to be the same way.

  2. Ouch. No wonder he cried. I would have needed a sucker too. I would have needed some good pain meds for that.

I remember onetime I gashed my head open when I was 6 or 7. It took 3 nurses and my mother to try and hold me down while the doctor put in 3 or 4 stiches into the top of my head. I remember screaming "Don't let them kill me!!" at the top of my lungs. So you go Fischer give them H.E. double hocky sticks.
